Calendula oil from the flower tops of the Marigold (Calendula). It is a versatile little flower that can help many a skin ailment. Anti-inflammatory, anti bacterial, antiseptic and even anti fungal; a bottle of Calendula oil is a staple for any bathroom cupboard.

Apply the oil directly to the skin or make into a salve. Often effective against Itchy, dry skin conditions, it also helps reduce the appearance of scars. 

Calendula has also been shown to brighten the skin's complexion, so is a great ingredient for everyday face balms.

This is a very gentle salve and is safe to use for children.

Specifics:

• Cruelty free and vegan.
• 1:4 ratio in carrier oil. Carrier oil is sunflower oil. 
• Shelf life 12 months. Store in a cool, dry place. 
• Comes to us in bulk in a recyclable HDPE plastic bottle. We are working on a refill programme with our supplier to allow us to sanitise and send back the bottles for re-use in our next order. If this is not achieved with this supplier we will look for another.
• Delivered to you in a glass bottle with aluminium lid. 
• We are working on setting up pre-paid returns so that you can send your bottles back for sanitisation and refilling.
