The term Sudden Death is typographically inspired by old action/thriller cult films.  This is why it carries a simple, under-designed aura.  The cracks in the letters shatter the term as if it went through some punishment, but upon a closer look, the lines make up a drawing of an anime face frozen in shock and horror facing his death.
